Your need to know guide…
How do I book a class?
If it’s your first class then you can get in touch on our Facebook page or by calling or emailing the studio. Existing Yogis can also book via the Mindbody App (which can be downloaded to your phone)
To allow you to plan for the week ahead, we publish our weekly list of classes and teachers on Mindbody every Sunday at 6 pm.
Booking in for classes is essential. For 7 am classes, please book by 9 pm the previous night. Please note on any Bank Holiday Mondays 7am/8pm class will NOT run. If there are fewer than 5 people booked in 2 hours before a class, we may cancel the class. We will notify you by text or phone and post on Facebook. Please ensure we have your up to date contact details.
How long are classes?
We have 45, 60, 75 and 90-minute classes. The duration of each class can be found on the schedule.
What classes are suitable for beginners?
Hot 26+, Hot A, Hatha Flow and Yin/Yin to Vinyasa. Also, 7 am classes are suitable. Class descriptions are on our schedule page.
When should I turn up?
Give yourself plenty of time to get in the right frame of mind for your practice so please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class start time. If you haven’t shown up for your booking 5 mins before the advertised start time then your space will be given away if there is a waiting list.
What do I need to bring?
Wear anything comfortable/sweat-absorbent! In hot classes, you will need a towel for your mat and plenty of water. Towels are available to hire for £1 each. PLEASE BRING YOUR YOGA MAT FOR PRACTICE. Yoga mats will only be provided for beginner packages/yin/workshops.
Do you have any special beginners memberships?
We have 2 options for you. Our introductory 15-day pass (strictly non-extendable, refundable or transferable) begins from the date of purchase OR 3 classes for £15. Passes cannot be frozen. All class passes/packages/workshop fees are non-refundable.
Can I freeze while on holiday?
The monthly unlimited passes is based on a discounted rate for each class, unfortunately, no extensions are available. If illness/accident occurs, at the management discretion this may be extended. Passes/cards cannot be frozen.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made with cash or debit and credit cards. We can’t accept American Express.
Class packages can only be purchased at the studio itself.
We don't offer free trials.
How do I cancel a class I’ve booked?
Please let us know no later than 2 hours before class start time if you are unable to attend class. We often have a waiting list for classes and the more time we have to let someone know that can have your space the better.
Are there showers?
Yes, but they are busy so be prepared to for a quick in and out!
Is there an age limit?
We don’t have an upper age limit but it’s 16 or over for hot classes.
What’s the chat?
We like to think Infinity is one of the friendliest studios in Glasgow but out of respect for fellow yogis, we keep the yoga room silent before and after classes.
What if I’m waiting for a really important call?
All phones and other belongings cannot be taken into the studio and must be kept in the changing rooms. And yes people really do ask if they can take their phone to class!
Doctors on Call are our only exception.
If I am NHS, Fire, Police, student or concession is there any discount?
Yes after your beginner offer we have
10% off 5 class card & unlimited monthly cards.
20% off 10 or 20 class cards.
