The original ‘Quiet Practice.’ Rest and Reset - Yin Yoga is a slow paced passive practice. The postures are held for longer periods of time anything from 3-5mins. It’s focus fall on our fascia (ligaments/tendons/scar tissue) and our ability to grow awareness within our own body. It enhances our flexibility & relaxation.

In a world where we are hardwired to rush and not allow time to process emotions this practice can help with anxiety, happiness, sadness, boredom… you maybe aware you suppress with all busyness in life, this practice allows you a channel. Yin yoga gives you the time and space to allow emotions, thoughts and feelings you have kept in the shadows, to surface.
